It is a nice hotel, located in a very good spot close to all the attractions. I have reservation on the staff. They are very rude at the reception and not cooperative. We had a special request that was easy to accomodate but the receptionist "Mara" treated us very badly and did not want to speak to us. The rooms are clean, but the room service is very bad. Try not to ask them for anything, otherwise they make a big deal about asking for the smallest things.
Beautiful hotel with nice, spacious rooms in an excellent location right of Champs Elysees. Bell staff and front desk were extremely attentive and helpful.
Amazing family friendly hotel at the best location in Paris, walking distance from the Eiffel Tower.
The room was really big and spacious with all of the amenities you would need.
The staff in particular were so helpful. Our baby happened to be sick and the staff allowed us to check out late. In particular, Tibault the doorman was very kind to us and to our situation with our baby. He has excelled people skills and he made us feel safe and secure.
Bar/restaurant was dull and staff standoff-ish.
The hotel is very well situated, and the staff are most welcoming. The rooms were very well kept and we enjoyed all the services the hotel provided. We would love to return for a longer holiday !
It is the place to be…. PERFECT location with all at your fingertips. Beautiful, quality hotel staff, connect with the staff to assure what you see, IS what you get ! We were impressed in total. Restaurant’s surrounding Frontenac were superior as well as shopping. I highly recommend Chateau Frontenac.
It’s not the cheapest hotel, but it’s a great value especially for the area. The staff is friendly and the place is very clean. House keeping does a great job and the doormen are very helpful. We upgraded to the deluxe room & it was well worth the money. The room was very spacious!
I also loved that it was a block off the main strip so it was nice calm and quiet.
It’s a busy hotel so the earliest we could check in was 2pm. The Wi-Fi isn’t great and got slower as more people connected to it. Just be prepared to just use your cell carrier’s internet. Other than the Wi-Fi, we had a great experience and we highly recommend this place.
Breakfast was the best part of the hotel experience.
